This form will be used for member expenses to the President-Elect Training and Regional Directors' travel to the Regional Conference. RDC travel must be pre-approved by the Region Board.

Instructions:

  1. Save the file to your computer, insert your information, figures will be totaled automatically.  
  2. Save the form to a PDF, print to a new PDF to "freeze" the totals. 
  3. Scan your receipts to a PDF  
  4. Include the form and your receipts in an email to region Treasurer Jarrod Mann.
